Waterjet cutting - complicated shapes
Waterjet is a technology of cutting various materials using a thin stream of water or mixture of water and abrasive under high pressure. Clean water cutting is used for processing delicate materials such as food or rubber. The mixture of water with abrasive is used for hard materials such as granite or metal.
Waterjet cutting up to 200 mm
Waterjet cutting technology does not injure the internal structure of material. It is the preferred metal processing methods, whereas other technologies might generate heat, resulting in unwanted expansion or contraction.
Waterjet cutting - armour plate
Waterjet cutting of hard materials such as armour plate. Maximum material thickness is 200 mm.
Waterjet cutting - large dimensions
Waterjet cutting - large dimensions. Our table allows for cutting materials up to the size of 6000 mm x 2000 mm. Cutting width adjustment allows for concentrating cut elements so the waste is minimised. That's how material costs are reduced.
Waterjet cutting of delicate materials
Delicate materials might be waterjet-cut using clean water. The technology allows for creating complicated patterns.
Waterjet cutting of various materials
Waterjet cutting of various materials such as concrete, metals, stone, leather, composite, wood, glass, rubber, plastic, foam and even food. Waterjet is ideal for creating corporate logos on walls and floors. Materials might be cut at angles up to 45 degrees. The high precision allows for creating perfectly matching elements made of different materials.
Waterjet cutting of precision components
The waterjet cutting technology guarantees high precision when processing complicated shapes. Waterjet cutting is used in machines elements manufacturing processes. It is the preferred method, particularly for cutting materials that are sensitive to high temperatures (metal, plastic, rubber) generated in other technologies. It eliminates the risk of decolouration and deformation.
